Shipping to Germany
Your order will usually be shipped within one working day after receipt of your order and approval of the payment. The delivery will then take place 2-3 days after dispatch.
Within Germany, shipping is free if the order value is above € 29. If the order value is under € 29 the shipping cost is € 3,90. All goods are dispatched with DHL.

Unavailability of ordered goods
When you order goods that are not available, we reserve the right not to deliver them. In such case, we will inform you immediately and refund any money that we have already received.
Payment
The following payment methods are available in our online shop:
Credit card
When you place an order, you provide your credit card details. The payment transaction will be completed automatically and your credit card will be charged after the legal cardholder is verified as the legitimate cardholder.
PayPal
When placing an order you will be redirected to the PayPal website. In order to pay, you must register with PayPal first (if you don't already have a registered account with them). You will be asked to verify your email and confirm the payment instructions. After placing the order in our online shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the transaction. The payment will be processed through PayPal immediately. You will receive further information during the process.
Invoice by Klarna
Upon placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Klarna. Your order will be invoiced by Klarna by email, and payment must be made directly to Klarna. Payment is due within 14 days of dispatch of the goods.
Sofort by Klarna
You will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH after placing your order. To pay the invoice through Sofort, you must have a bank account that has been activated for online banking, verify your identity and confirm the payment instructions. You will receive further information during the payment process. The transaction will be carried out immediately by Sofort and debited from your account.
Google Pay
To pay via Google Pay, you must be registered with the service provider Google, have activated the Google Pay function, verify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment for your order. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order has been placed. You will receive further information during the payment process.
Apple Pay
Using Apple Pay requires you to use the Safari web browser, being registered with the Apple service provider, enabling the Apple Pay function, verifying your identity with your access data, and confirming your order. The payment is carried out immediately after the order has been placed. You will receive further information during the payment process.
